Barrister Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 Walla Walla Valley: Our first Walla Walla Cab, the wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from the 7 Hills, PepperBridge and Dwelley Vineyards in Walla Walla. A bit of our Cabernet Franc and Red Mountain Merlot rounds out the blend. aged in barrel for 30 months, the wine is Walla Walla fruit forward with black cherry and dark fruit soft tannins and a long elegant finish. Drinking great now, this wine will only improve with a bit of bottle age.
