Mount Langi Ghiran Winery: The wine is very dense and crimson in colour. The two years in oak have balanced the grape tannins and softened the wine superbly. Matured in 100% French oak barriques. My personal favourite since the 1990.

Wine Spectator - H.S. Firm and juicy in texture, with pretty currant and plum coming at you in a narrow beam that lasts into a lengthy finish with nice hints of mint and pepper. Drink now through 2005. 400 cases imported.
